  • Upon request, donors may also receive live proof of their donation in the form of a video showing water distribution, with their name included in the footage.

  • Donors are responsible for ensuring that their payment method is valid and authorized.

  • Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or attempts to disrupt services may result in suspension of access.
